Questions

How does the agent join my meetings?

You paste a Google Meet link, click Start, and the agent opens a browser session and joins as a visible participant under your chosen name. It posts a notice in the meeting chat that it is recording.

Is it visible to other participants?

Yes — by design. We never hide the bot. Consent from all participants is a requirement of the product.

What about Teams and Zoom?

Google Meet is fully supported today. Microsoft Teams and Zoom support is in development and listed as coming-soon on the platforms page.

Where is my data stored?

Transcripts and summaries live in your dedicated database. Audio recordings are encoded as opus and stored on disk for playback. You can delete a meeting at any time, and inactive meetings are auto-deleted after the configured retention period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — there are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you support languages other than English?

The Whisper-based STT pipeline handles English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Serbian and many more. Auto language detection works well for mixed-language tech meetings.

Is the AI model accurate for technical jargon?

The summary prompt is instructed to preserve English technical terms (deploy, merge request, API, etc.) without translating them.
