Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meetly, provided by Meetly.Online ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Meetly is an AI meeting-notes service that joins your Google Meet calls as a visible participant, records the audio, and generates transcripts and summaries. We may add support for other meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) over time.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Meetly to record meetings without the consent of all participants, where local laws require consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity through the agent's display name.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or unlawfully record any person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Upload content that infringes copyright or violates law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction (including telephony, wiretap, and privacy laws).

4. Plans and billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed by our merchant of record, Freemius. You agree to Freemius's terms when purchasing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are offered at Freemius's standard policy. Contact us first for support issues.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their original price until the next renewal.

5. Plan limits

Each plan has a monthly meeting quota. Exceeding the quota requires upgrading. We may temporarily allow overage for trial periods at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: you retain ownership of the meetings, transcripts, and summaries you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.

Our content: the software, branding, and design of Meetly are owned by Meetly.Online and protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Meet, Freemius). Outages or changes at those providers may affect availability. We are not responsible for third-party service failures but will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

9. Disclaimers

Meetly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries and transcripts can contain errors. Do not rely on them as the sole source of truth for legal, medical, or compliance-critical decisions without human review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetly.Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meetly.Online from any claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, including recording meetings without proper consent.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability, indemnity) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
